Straightforward rates with no hidden call-out surprises. Know exactly what your service call covers before our technician arrives.

Includes full call-out fee and the first 30 minutes of labour for diagnosis and repair on-site.

*extra $15 for miele, asko & highland.

Billed in clear 15-minute increments thereafter if your repair requires extra labour time.

At Alexander Appliance Repairs, we carry a range of commonly required appliance parts in vehicle, allowing us to complete many repairs efficiently during the initial service visit.

We always do our best to get your appliance repaired on the day of the first visit.

In some cases, the required part may not be available on hand and will need to be ordered from our supplier. When this occurs, a return visit may be required once the part has been received.
No second service call out fee will be applied, only labour to install parts needed.

In some situations, a quick phone conversation before the appointment can help narrow down the possible issue and where possible, identify the parts that may be required which can improve the chances of completing the repair during the initial visit.

While we aim to have every job completed on the same day, some repairs require additional/special parts or further assessment, and we appreciate your understanding when a return visit is necessary.

3 months warranty on workmanship & 12 months warranty on parts are applied.
